Located 3 minutes ride from the picturesque village of La Meule and the beautiful wild cost, this ancient, 130 square meter, refurbished fisherman house will be perfect for family holidays. With its stone walls, tiled floor, beams, its huge fire-place this house offers a charming, warm and authentic atmosphere.

In the longest part of the L shaped house you will find :

- The hall
that can be entered from the street or from the garden. The hall is quite generous (18 sq meter. This room is perfect to host all the family wellies and rain coats that have been used to go fishing or walking on the beach. On your left hand side, you will find a coat rack and an antique piece of furniture that will be very useful to empty your pockets of all the treasures you found during your last expedition.

- The kitchen, the dining and the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, 4 electric burners (vitro ceramic), a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The spacious living / dining rooms (34 sq meter) is ideal for dinners with family and friends or a pleasant evening by the fire.
It is equipped with a big table that can accommodate 10 people and a very large corner sofa in front of the fire place. There is also a stereo, if you wish to listen to some music, and a large cupboard where you will find many board games (Scrabble, Mille Bornes, Trivial Poursuite, Colons de Catane…)

- A study (25 sq meter) on the left hand side of the hall.
Here you will find a large architect table, for the ones willing to remain studious during the holidays, and an antique wardrobe, a convertible double sofa bed (width 140 cm), a TV, DVD and the live box and the bookshelves full of comics, art and photography books, fishing manuals, books about sea…

- A first bedroom on the first floor.
There is a 26 sq metre master bedroom on the first floor and accesible from the study.
The room is both spacious and welcoming with its queen size bed (width 160 cm), old furniture, ...

- A second bedroom on the ground floor
You can get into it via the garden or the study. This 11 sq meter bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed and a small antique piece of furniture.

- A shower + WC bathroom

In the small part of the L shaped house:

- A third little bedroom.
This small 6 sq meter bedroom is accesible via the garden and is equiped with an en-suite shower and toilet.
You will find here a double sofa bed (140 cm width) and a small piece of furniture.

- A shower + WC bathroom.
This second bathroom is next to the third bedroom. You will get into it via the bedroom or the garden.
It is also equipped with a combined washing machine / tumble dryer.
